Policies

Payment Policy:

I accept payments through PayPal and all major credit cards.

Shipping Policy:

All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation (Priority) within 5 days - 2 weeks (since items are made to order). 

Return Policy:

If you are truly unhappy with your item you may return it within 2 days of it being delivered to you. Please contact me prior to you shipping the item back & again when it has been shipped so I know to look out for it. You are responsible for the shipping fee. Once the item has been received and inspected will you be refunded.

If there was a shipping cost when you originally placed your order, that fee will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on your order, a fee of $8 will not be refunded. If a signature was required upon delivery for your order, a $10 fee will not be refunded.

There will also be no refunds for custom made clutches.
